Rebecca graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and double minor in Behavioural Science and Social Entrepreneurship. She later completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Mental Health at McGill University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work.
Rebecca works collaboratively with children, adolescents, families, and schools to provide individualized support. She takes a systemic and strengths-based approach to intervention, integrating practical strategies to support emotional regulation, behavioural functioning, and overall well-being across home, school, and community environments.
Rebecca’s clinical and research experience, including certification in psychological first aid, crisis intervention at Kids Help Phone, work at the Douglas Mental Health Institute, a clinical stage in Child Psychiatry at the Jewish General Hospital, and supporting youth experiencing trauma and grief, has contributed to her strong clinical foundation and strengthened her ability to provide thoughtful and individualized support across a range of settings.
Over the past 12 years, Rebecca has worked extensively with children and adolescents in clinical, educational, and community settings. Her areas of focus include emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, social-emotional development, school integration, anxiety-related difficulties, grief, parent coaching, and supporting families in implementing therapeutic strategies within everyday routines.
Rebecca is dedicated to helping children, youth, and families build resilience, strengthen emotional understanding, and develop practical tools that support meaningful long-term growth.
